We are committed to keeping your personal data secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable technical and organizational measures to safeguard and secure the personal data we collect online from loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or modification.   • we transmit data over secured communication channels using SSL Login credentials;

  • all personal information is stored by trusted third party providers (e.g., AWS);

  • all systems used to provide the Services are password protected with secure authentication services (e.g., Okta and SailPoint SSO); and

  • all Services usage is restricted on a per-user basis on the principle of least privilege.

 

Personal data collected by DFS may be stored and processed in your region, in the United States, and in any other country where DFS, its affiliates, or service providers operate facilities. 

How Long Will We Hold Your Personal Data

We will retain your personal data for as long as:

(i) we have a relationship with you;

(iii) we need to in order to protect ourselves as a business or protect any other third party.
