– TSG Slovak Republic

TSG Slovak Republic modernised the dispensing technology at OMV Jarovce service station, with Tokheim Quantium^® fuel dispensers.

As part of the ongoing modernisation of the fuelling infrastructure, TSG Slovak Republic successfully completed the replacement of existing fuel dispensers at the OMV Slovensko service station in Bratislava – Jarovce. Located close to the border of Austria, the project focused on improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and the overall visual appearance of the forecourt.

The upgrade to four Tokheim Quantium^® ML fuel dispensers supports OMV's commitment to providing a fast, reliable, and high-quality refuelling experience, while ensuring long-term operational reliability and ease of maintenance.

The project demanded a seamless replacement process with minimal disruption to station operations, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and functionality. In addition, the new equipment had to integrate with the station's existing infrastructure and comply with OMV's branding and technical requirements.

As such, TSG installed four Tokheim Quantium^® ML fuel dispensers, including one diesel and one AdBlue^® to ensure OMV had a modern fuelling solution designed to maximise efficiency and customer convenience. Thanks to the dispenser’s double-sided design, customers can refuel from both sides simultaneously, which increases the throughput of the gas station, shortens waiting times and improves overall operator comfort. This now provides OMV customers with fast, reliable, and convenient refuelling for both passenger and commercial vehicles.

TSG Slovak Republic provided a complete turnkey solution covering all key phases of the dispenser replacement project: removal of the original fuel dispensers, supply and installation of new dispensers including their positioning, mechanical assembly, utility connections, and integration with the service station's infrastructure and on-site modifications of the dispensers' external cladding.
