The functionality for awarding direct loyalty offers to customers can also be extended to non-loyalty customers, providing retailers with a powerful tool for running global campaigns, which do not require any change to the site system.

The on-line loyalty application in Prizma also supports the use of bonus coupons. This means barcodes with a specific prefix are automatically recognized as a coupon. The cashier can add a bonus coupon to the transaction by scanning the barcode and the loyalty host will ultimately decide what benefit the customer will receive by presenting such bonus coupon (additional points, special discounts etc.).

What customer information can Prizma support?

When a loyalty card is issued to a customer, it is possible for no personal data to be asked for at that time, but the customer is requested to register afterwards via a website, an app, or another tool. This initial registration is not done via Prizma; however, if a customer has received a loyalty card, uses it and doesn’t register, Prizma can help by asking (on request of the loyalty host) specific customer information like name, gender, address, email address etc…

The entered information is not stored or printed, but only sent to the loyalty host.
