VP & GM, OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions (VWS)

Dave Dougherty is the Vice President and General Manager of the OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions (VWS) segment of Dover Fueling Solutions. OPW VWS encompasses five leading, iconic car wash brands – PDQ (De Pere, WI), Belanger (Livonia, MI), ICS (Bethlehem, PA), Transchem/Turtle Wax Pro (Cambridge, ON Canada) and Kesseltronics (Montreal, QC Canada). The comprehensive OPW VWS portfolio includes car wash tunnel equipment, in-bay automatics, point-of-sale terminals, controllers and chemistry.

As VP, General Manager of OPW VWS, Dave’s vision is to continually grow the business through brand integration, accelerated new product development and a steadfast commitment to customer success.

Having joined PDQ in 1997, Dave has decades of experience in car washing. Following various roles with increasing responsibility in product management, sales, and marketing he rose to General Manager, PDQ prior to his current position.

Dave holds a Business degree from Creighton University and he earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
