Dover Fueling Solutions Announces Winners of the 2026 Dover Scholars Program

With recipients across the UAE, UK, U.S., and Canada, the program invests in future global leaders by providing scholarships to the children of full-time employees of Dover and its Operating Companies.

AUSTIN, TX – May 19, 2026 – Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), a part of Dover Corporation and a leading global provider of advanced customer-focused technologies, services, and solutions in the fuel and convenience retail industries, is proud to announce that four children of DFS employees have been named recipients of the prestigious Dover Scholars Program scholarship.

2026 DFS Dover Scholars:

• Amine Jamoussi, child of Jaouhar Jamoussi, GM, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Turkey & Pakistan at DFS, is a secondary student at Lycée Français International de l’AFLEC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Addison Sayyae, child of Michael Sayyae, Manager, New Product Development Engineering for Vehicle Wash Solutions (VWS), is a high school senior at John Glenn High School in Westland, MI.
• Leo Shi, child of Junhong Shi, Senior Programmer Analyst at Bulloch Technologies, is an undergraduate student majoring in electrical engineering at Western University in Ontario, Canada.
• Scott Xu, child of Ping Xu, Senior Global Product Manager at DFS, is a secondary student at the High School of Dundee in Scotland, UK and has been offered a place to study Philosophy and Linguistics at Magdalen College in the University of Oxford.

Jamoussi, Sayyae, Shi, and Xu are among 31 scholars selected worldwide for the 2026 Dover Scholars Program. The award recognizes students’ hard work and academic excellence while supporting their continued education and future success.

The Dover Scholars Program is now in its 15^th year and has awarded 495 scholarships to date, providing approximately $4 million in educational support to deserving students across Dover’s global Operating Companies. The scholarship provides financial assistance of up to $12,000 over four years of undergraduate education to the children of full-time employees. Selections are made by an independent panel of college admissions professionals and are based on academic excellence, leadership abilities, and extracurricular activities.
